Every Loving Moments Box includes a personalised poem or message crafted just for the recipient. After placing your order, you’ll be asked a few gentle questions about the person and the occasion. I use your answers to create something heartfelt, unique, and meaningful.
Most orders are created and dispatched within 3–5 working days. Personalised poems may take slightly longer during busy periods, but I’ll always keep you updated. If you need something sooner, please get in touch — I’ll do my best to help.

Absolutely. Just enter their address at checkout. No pricing information is ever included in the box.
Yes I can but I would have to add on the postage to the price of the the gift box as an alternative I may be able to help with a digital poem.
If you spot a mistake or need to update your personalisation details, please contact me as soon as possible. Once a poem has been written or a box prepared, changes may be limited — but I’ll always do what I can.
